2023 Massimo Rivetti Aurelia Langhe Arneis, Piedmont, Italy

The wine is produced by the Rivetti family; a fifth-generation family estate in Piedmont recognised for organic viticulture and traditional Langhe winemaking. The winery farms approximately 25 hectares around Neive and Serraboella and has been organically certified since 2016. The Aurelia Arneis is crafted from fruit harvested during the coolest hours of the day to preserve aromatic intensity and natural acidity. The grapes undergo cryo-maceration at 0°C for 24 hours before cool fermentation in stainless steel to maximise freshness and varietal purity.
