Pale gold with green tints. The aroma shows green apple, citrus zest and fresh pear, with white pepper and a light floral note. The palate is dry and brisk, with lime, green apple and grapefruit flavours, white pepper spice and a saline, mineral grip carried by lively acidity. The finish is crisp and persistent, with citrus and white pepper lingering.
