Garnet with brick-orange tints. Classic Barbaresco aromatics: dried rose, cherry, tar, leather and a distinctive earthy, truffle-like note developing with age. The palate is medium-full bodied with the firm, structured tannins of Nebbiolo and excellent natural acidity. Fontanabianca from Neive — one of Barbaresco DOCG's three historic communes.
