Pale gold with a fine, persistent bead. The nose shows brioche and toasted almond with strawberry, rose petal and pink lady apple, and a savoury, bay leaf edge. The palate is crisp and linen-fresh, with a creamy texture and citrus and berry fruit framed by fine, persistent mousse. The finish is long and intense, with lingering brioche and orchard fruit.
